Character advancement in DragonsGate begins the same as the standard Pathfinder medium advancement but scales up starting at level 4.  The chart below shows the advancement, as well as as an idea of the types of xp and wealth you should be getting per session.  A "session" is a roughly three to four hour chunk of time for the purposes of this chart.  You should expect a two hour session to award roughly half the given values.  A session and  half, approximately five to six hours, would give a roughly 50% bonus.  Likewise, a double session, close to six hours, would give roughlly 100% bonus reward.  Keep in mind that these are approximate and your DM may award varying amounts.
